Oakland police investigating shooting
There is a large police presence in an Oakland neighborhood Wednesday night. KTVU cameras captured the sound of a police armored vehicle entering the scene and a barrage of gunfire going off. This is in the area of 16th and Adeline streets in West Oakland. It is not clear who fired the shots.
