Malta Clinic in Oakland reopening with expanded capacity

For more than a decade, the Malta Clinic in Oakland has provided comprehensive services to adults across Northern California. Now, its clinic is reopening on Wednesday with expanded facilities, doubling its capacity to serve patients who are uninsured or underinsured, at no cost to them. Dr. Susan Fernyak, the clinic's medical director, joined us on 'The Nine' to talk about the services it provides, and who's can qualify.
