Heating up again

Dense fog will resurface near the coast and bay Wednesday morning. Mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures will highlight the afternoon forecast. Temperatures will approach 103 degrees in some of the inland neighborhoods. Thursday will be the hottest day of the week.
