Another violent incident at Bart's Powll Street station: man kidnaps 17-year-old girl

There have been two violent incidents at Bart's Powell Street Station in just over a week's time. The kidnapping of a teenager girl follows the death of a 74-year-old hotel worker after she was pushed by a mentally ill, homeless man.
