East Bay SPCA is trying to recover from a theft that left behind costly damage while it is celebrating its 150th anniversary at its location in East Oakland. Surveillance video shows thieves ramming a car into a metal security gate and stealing a van used to transport animals. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
