16-year-old boy killed by suspected dui driver in Richmond outside family home

The 16-year-old boy had attended a family gathering. He went outside to his black Mustang parked in front of his aunt's home in Richmond. His mother starts to get into her own car and witnesses a blue car speed by and crashes into her son's car, killing him. Police say they've arrested a 30-year-old Alexi Pineda Ticas of Richmond, who is described as showing "signs of intoxication." He faces charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and driving under the influence of alcohol.
