Local protests spark in response to Israeli Prime Minister's Congress address

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed the U.S. Congress on Wednesday, as protestors across the country called for the U.S. to stop funding the Israel-Hamas War. KTVU's Allie Rasmus reports.
