More companies are posting "Ghost Jobs"
Mounting layoffs are putting more pressure on people already looking for a job. It is not unusual for job seekers to apply to hundreds of postings and not get so much as a nibble. One reason it's so hard to get hired is that more and more companies are turning to ghost jobs, whish is advertising a position that doesn't actually exist. Career expert Brenda Cunningham, president of the National Resume Writers Association explains why more and more companies are doing this.
