The owner of a San Francisco hardware store shares surveillance video of arson suspect moments before a fire severely damages his business. Since the arson, the owner says thieves have broken in 3 times. He says police have caught and arrested the burglary suspect. But the arson suspect is still at large. The shop owner hopes the surveillance videos will help identify the man and lead to an arrest.
