Jewish community celebrates Rosh Hashanah in San Francisco in the midst of escalating violence in the Middle East

Chabad of San Francisco held a celebration on the eve of Rosh Hashanah. It was a joyous occasion tempered by concerns over the escalating violence in the Middle East . Many attending the event say they have family and friends in Israel.
