Investigators work to determine cause in deadly midair collision
The National Transportation Safety Board has taken over the investigation into the deadliest aviation disaster in the U.S. in nearly 25-years. 67 people were killed in a midair collision between a passenger plane and an army helicopter. The NTSB says the cause of the collision is unclear. However, a preliminary report by the Federal Aviation Administration says air traffic control staffing at Reagan National Airport was not normal at the time of the crash.
