Storm wreaks havoc across Bay Area: fallen trees, flooded roads, power outages

A powerful storm brought heavy rain and strong winds to the Bay Area, causing significant damage, including fallen trees, flooded roadways, and power outages. In Martinez, a large tree crashed onto two cars, but remarkably, the driver escaped uninjured. While the worst of the storm has passed, a wind advisory remains in effect, and high surf warnings are in place along the coast for parts of the Bay Area.
