Martinez residents speak out at Martinez Refining Company town hall

The town hall was held to share more details about the Feb. 1 fire at the Martinez Refining Company that left six people injured. A new federal report released on Thursday lays out how a man was burned over 80% of his body after a fire at Martinez Renewable Fuels sparked in 2023. KTVU's Tori Gaines reports.
