One of the most anticipated pop-up attractions of the year is underway in Union Square. San Francisco is celebrating the arrival of spring with a colorful event that typically draws tens of thousands of people. KTVU's Betty Yu spoke with Union Square Alliance CEO Marisa Rodriguez about the free annual event that runs 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
