Luigi Mangione pleads not guilty to federal charges
Luigi Mangione, the man accused of killing the CEO of UnitedHealthcare has pleaded not guilty to a federal murder charge. Mangione is accused of shooting and killing the CEO in New York last December. The Justice Department says it intends to seek the death penalty in the federal case. Mangione's next hearing is December 5 when a trial date will be determined.
