Warming trend for most and wind for some

Mostly sunny skies and warmer weather on the way. As we transition to this new pattern some areas will be dealing with wind. A Wind Advisory for the Carquinez Strait and Delta regions is in place until 8p Monday. A Wind Advisory for the interior North Bay and East Bay Hills starts at 9p tonight. Afternoon highs will range from upper 50s at the coast to upper 70s inland.
