On Friday, a judge blocked the white house from stripping Harvard of ability to enroll foreign students. A U.S. District Judge agreed to grant Harvard's request for immediate relief and set a hearing for May 29, during which judge Allison Burroughs will consider whether to issue a preliminary injunction in the case.
