2 killed in Vallejo encampment triple shooting

Vallejo Police said Tuesday they have not made any arrests in a triple shooting at an encampment Monday that left two men dead and a third man in critical condition at a hospital. Detectives are trying to determine whether the shooter was from outside the encampment or one of the residents.
