Relax, San Francisco's Grace Cathedral sound baths are for everyone

San Francisco's Grace Cathedral has been serving the community since the Gold Rush era. They continue that tradition of service today with their Mind, Body and Spirit events. We went to one of their popular sound baths that regularly attracts as many as 400 people a month who are looking to meditate, relax and even achieve a higher state of consciousness.
