SJ man accused of burglary & sex assault tied to 2 other crimes
A man San Jose police allege burglarized into a 50-year-old woman's downtown home and sexually assaulted her is tied to two previously burglaries. Cong Tran is being held without bail at the Santa Clara County Main Jail and is awaiting sentencing on the two previous crimes. But a judge could wrap all three crimes into one case.
