New Supportive Housing Opens in Berkeley

A new supportive housing program known as the Step-Up Housing Initiative opened in Berkeley. The city's Vice Mayor Ben Bartlett joined KTVU to speak about the program and the services it provides, in an effort to get more people off the streets.
