SJ leaders pass law banning use of RVs as rental properties for unhoused residents

The San Jose City Council passed an ordinance that when it takes effect Jul. 1, will outlaw the use of RVs as rental properties for residents experiencing homelessness. Advocates decried the move and said the city is trying to criminalize being unhoused.
