Oakland husband and father of 2 shot & killed by family friend during July 4th barbeque

July 4th was no holiday for Oakland's first responders. They responded to hundreds of calls including a homicide. The victim's wife says her husband was shot and killed by a family friend who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
