Tipping Point Community Announces Plans to Double Fundraising and Investment

Bay Area non-profit Tipping Point Community announced it aims to double its fundraising and investment over the next ten years to more than $1 billion dollars. The organization's CEO Sam Cobbs joined KTVU to talk about the plans in place, and the organizations it would help.
