More California Crews Head to Texas Amid Devastating Floods

California Gov. Gavin Newsom deployed another crew of Urban Search and Rescue team members to Texas on Tuesday to help with the ongoing search and rescue operations. Former Menlo Park Fire Department chief Harold Shapelhouman joined KTVU to talk about the team from Menlo Park headed to Central Texas, and the work of the human remains detection K9's headed there with them.
