15-year-old boy killed and 4 others injured following a shooting at a block party at a July 4th block party in San Francisco

The family of the 15-year-old boy killed says he was caught in the crossfire of someone who started shooting after an argument at a July 4th block party in San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood. Relatives say the teen from Antioch was "at the wrong place at the wrong time." They described him as being funny, smart and a good student.
