Family identifies hit-and-run victim in East Oakland and calls for justice

Family members have identified a hit-and-run victim at the intersection of 82nd Avenue and Bancroft Avenue in East Oakland as Rose Banks. They say she lives only about a block away and was the caregiver to several family members. A nonprofit held a rally to call attention to this case to help the family get justice. Banks' family is asking anyone with information on the hit-and-run to contact police
