The mid-summer mild pattern continues. Morning clouds, fog and spotty drizzle will break away to a mix of sun and clouds for the afternoon. Highs will be several degrees below average on Tuesday, especially inland, with low 60s at the coast, upper 60s around the bay and widespread 70s inland.
