Judge orders mental competency hearing for man accused of arson on SJ post office

A Santa Clara County Superior Court judge on Wednesday ordered Richard Tillman, the man accused of felony arson on a San Jose post office, receive a mental competency evaluation before the case against him moves forward. Tillman is the youngest brother of former NFL star and Army Ranger Pat Tillman, who was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan in 2004.
