Manhunt rattles East Oakland neighborhood

We are working to learn more on what triggered a manhunt in the East Oakland Hills on Thursday. Authorities say one suspect was detained outside Head Royce School on Lincoln Avenue and they're looking for a total of four suspects, but would not say why. We spoke with neighbors who said this search gave them quite a scare.
