Woman steals pickup truck and crashes into 9 vehicles on Hwy 101 in San Francisco

CHP arrests woman who steals a pickup truck parked inside a business in San Francisco and crashes into 9 vehicles on Highway 101. The shop owner where she stole the vehicle from tried to stop her. He says he's shaken by what happened. CHP says at least 5 people were tranported to the hospital for minor injuries.
