State task force to identify and close loopholes in fireworks regulations in wake of deadly blast

CALFIRE is setting up a task force to identify and close gaps and inconsistencies in how fireworks are regulated at the state, local and federal level after seven people were killed in an explosion at a fireworks facility in Yolo County.
