Police investigation into 2-vehicle crash that killed 16-year-old driver and injured 4 others in Walnut Creek

Police say the 16-year-old driver killed in wrong-way crash on Saturday afternoon in Walnut Creek had veered into oncoming traffic. Investigation is underway as to what exactly happened. Police have not yet said if drugs, alcohol or speed are factors.
