An East Bay police department reaches a milestone : full staffing for the first time in nearly 20 years

East Bay Regional Park District Police Department reaches a major milestone. It has reach 100 percent staffing for the first time in almost two decades. The police chief credits the achievement in large part to its "family" and supportive environment.
