ESPN won't air Colin Kaepernick docuseries by Spike Lee: Report

Director Spike Lee's multi-part documentary series for ESPN films about former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick will not be released. According to a report, ESPN, Kaepernick and Lee have collectively decided not to go forward with the project, citing creative differences. Kaepernick protested racial injustice nearly a decade ago by kneeling during the national anthem. According to the report, Lee signed a non-disclosure agreement.
