New, first of its kind, abstinence- based homeless shelter set to open in San Francisco

KTVU gets a behind-the-scenes- first look at a new homeless shelter where no drugs or alcohol are allowed. It is the first and only homeless shelter in the city that is abstinence-based. The 55- bed shelter will have a daily curfew and random drug testing.
