New proposals for California's high-speed rail project

With much uncertainty for the future of California's high-speed rail plan, leaders are now presenting new proposals that would link the system more quickly to the Bay Area and Los Angeles. These proposals are to increase profitability. Right now the rail is being built in the Central Valley and is projected to lose money upon opening.
