Faith & community leaders call for action in response to a violent week in Oakland

Oaklanders say 16 people wee shot and two of them were killed in a span of five days this week. They say there may a drop in overall crime, but the gun violence makes them fearful: "You might be at the wrong place at the wrong time" and "you're like a prisoner in your own home."
