SJ triple homicide suspect had prior shooting conviction but judge ordered probation not jail time: District Attorney

The Santa Clara County District Attorney on Friday said the suspect in a triple shooting-homicide earlier in the week had a previous shooting conviction in 2019. But the judge in that case ordered him to serve probation, not jail time.
