Caught on Camera: Oakland woman struck by hit-and-run driver in crosswalk

A woman walking her dog in Oakland?s Upper Rockridge neighborhood was injured when a speeding driver ran a stop sign, hit her in a crosswalk, and fled the scene, all captured on surveillance video.
