South Bay officials celebrate return of baby deliveries at Regional Med, warn budget gap could force its closure

Santa Clara County supervisors and executives celebrated the return to labor and delivery services at Regional Medical Center. However those same officials warned if voters fail to pass Measure A in November, a $1B budget gap could force the new unit's closure.
