Family of missing Antioch teen says phone found in Oakland

Antioch police are searching for 17-year-old Morgan Crenshaw, who has been missing under suspicious circumstances for more than three weeks. Her family said her phone was found on International Boulevard in Oakland. Her sister fears she’s being held against her will.
