Bay Area delegation discusses homelessness in trip to Texas
More than 60 Bay Area leaders returned from a two-day trip to Texas where they toured homeless shelters in the state, and met with city officials and non-profit leaders in San Antonio and Austin. The trip was led by the Bay Area Council and Oakland-based Beyond Homeless, with the mission to discuss and collaborate tactics on combating homelessness. The Chief Impact Officer of Beyond Homeless, Michael Seiler, joined KTVU to talk about some of the details of the trip.
