Federal judges order Trump Administration to pay for SNAP food benefits with emergency funds

Two federal judges ruled Friday that the Trump Administration must use emergency funds to pay for SNAP food assistance during the government shutdown, handing a legal victory to some two dozen states including California that filed legal challenges.
