Rep. Simon reacts to House voting to reopen gov't

Rep. Lateefah Simon of California reacts to the House of Representatives vote to reopen the federal government on the 43rd day of the longest federal government shutdown in U.S. history. The funding bill, which has already passed the Senate now goes to President Trump's desk where he's expected to sign it.
