Despite supporting 'Measure A,' South Bay DA launches investigation into spending of funds
The Santa Clara County district attorney on Tuesday announced he's launching a civil investigation into how funds from Measure A will be spent. This, after the county executive said he will recommend all funds be used for healthcare, not a broad list of items including healthcare and public safety. Many members of the law enforcement community said they felt duped by the decision.
