Dense fog returns

Dense fog will be a factor Monday morning and will likely impact the commute. Visibilities could drop below 1/4 mile across parts of the Bay Area. We are expecting partly sunny skies later in the day. Highs should range from the upper 50s to the low 60s. A dry weather stretch remains in place through Thanksgiving.
