San Jose Police Department say a 17-year-old shooter is responsible for a triple non-fatal shooting at Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara on Black Friday. The chief of police said the violence stemmed from an apparent gang rivalry. The shooter hit his intended target and two female victims. A woman with a stroller, who police said accompanied the shooter, helped him escape and is facing forthcoming charges in addition to the shooter.
