Santa Rosa and SMART Train reach an agreement on pedestrian crossing

It has taken almost an entire decade, but soon, bus riders who live in a modest-income, working-class community near Santa Rosa's Codding Mall, will soon have a pedestrian and bike crossing on the SMART Train tracks. The agreement took years to negotiate but that alone has left a bad taste in some residents' mouths.
