SF Marina residents push back against massive apartment complex plans

Residents in San Francisco's Marina District are pushing against plans for a developer to close a Safeway store and redevelop it with a new store that would include new housing units. The 25-story apartment complex could change the character of the neighborhood. Residents are also concerned about the temporary closure of the store.
